The Professional Documents Service (PDS) was established in October 2005. Our company provides unbiased meeting minutes services to community associations of all types (condominiums, homeowners associations, cooperatives, etc.) throughout the United States and parts of the world, as well as transcription services for a wide variety of industries.  PDS is known for providing accurate, well-formatted, legally defensible documents in a timely manner to our clients.  Our Recording Secretaries/Minute Takers allow busy managers, Board members, and executives to focus on other tasks without ever having to worry about meeting minutes.  You can request our services on an as-needed basis or retain our services under contract.  All contracts include a 30-day termination clause, so you maintain the power to terminate the agreement at any time (although we work diligently to never give you a reason to cancel).  Simply put, The Professional Documents Service is a trusted source for document preparation!
